Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Maximal 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist and in recruitment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good understanding of basic end-to-end recruitment processes and HR administration.
Familiar with job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.) for sourcing candidates.
Preference given to candidates familiar with psychological/assessment tools and scoring processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Jobdesc:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from receiving user requests and drafting job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, conducting background checks, coordinating job offers, and onboarding new hires.
Develop, implement, and lead psychological test/assessment processes for recruitment, contract extension decisions, and internal promotion evaluations.
Manage new hire data entry into the system, maintain employee filing/documentation, and draft employment contracts.
Serve as a liaison between HR and site operational teams to maintain harmonious working relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for site employees.
Assist in planning and executing employee-related events and engagement activities.
