PT Dwiasri Graha (Brand: Forsch Medical) is a medical device company committed to delivering quality healthcare products across Indonesia. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Product Development Officer, based in Jakarta Timur.
This role is critical in driving new product development, supplier partnerships, regulatory compliance, and product knowledge dissemination across our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Product Development
Deliver product knowledge training on new ALKES products (covering strengths and limitations) to the Sales and Marketing teams
Scout and evaluate new suppliers and medical device products that fit to market
Proposing ideas, designing, and developing products (features, functions, and design)
Able to communicate with overseas clients
Regulatory & Compliance
Executing registration of Trade Mark Certificates (Surat Tanda Perdagangan) at the Ministry of Trade
Executing NIE (Nomor Izin Edar) registration for medical devices at the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes)
Executing registration and listing on the LKPP e-Katalog platform
Maintain valid licenses and manage renewal of existing ALKES permits
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Report regularly to the Manager
Maintain relationships with government, vendors (domestic and international), and sales division
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field
Work Experience: Minimum have interns or 1 year relevant experience
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with medical device regulations and products (ALKES)
Regulatory Competency: Familiar with OSS, E-Catalog, LKPP, SITP, Regalkes, Sertifikasi Alkes, and E-Report
Language: Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) (mandatory)
