PT Cahaya Poles Mulia is a leading manufacturer of buffing wheels and polishing compounds, specifically designed for metal and wood surfaces. Our products consist of six different material types that can be applied to various surfaces, producing different finishing results.

In addition to being a manufacturer of Buffing Wheels and Polishing Compounds, we also have a sister company MamaBear. Currently, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Regulatory Affairs Staff (Ahli Regulasi Pangan).
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Pharmacy, Pharmacist, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the processed food, health supplement, or traditional medicine industry.
- Mandatory experience in coordinating directly with BPOM. Experience working with BPJPH/LPH and handling halal certification processes will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of new product registration, product variations (formula, packaging, or claims changes), marketing authorization renewals, and halal certification procedures.
- Proficient in using BPOM e-Registration (e-Reg), ASROT BPOM, OSS-RBA, and halal certification systems.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work systematically, with excellent communication, coordination, and document administration skills.
Job Description:
- Manage new product registrations, product variations, and renewal of Marketing Authorization Numbers (NIE) through the BPOM e-Registration (e-Reg) and ASROT BPOM systems.
- Manage halal certification applications, halal certificate renewals, and halal data amendments through the applicable systems, including preparing all required supporting documents.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all regulatory registration documents, including product formulations, raw material specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COA), laboratory test reports, label artwork, and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the R&D, QA, QC, Production, Purchasing, Marketing teams, and suppliers to obtain the necessary data and documentation for product registration.
- Coordinate and follow up with BPOM, BPJPH/LPH, laboratories, and other relevant authorities until all registration and certification processes are successfully completed.
- Monitor the validity of marketing authorizations and halal certificates, and develop timelines for product registrations, renewals, and regulatory updates.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and support the management of company licensing through the OSS-RBA system as required.
