Job DescriptionPlan, organize, and execute online and offline events to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brands, organizations, communities, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Build, engage, and maintain relationships with communities, ensuring consistent communication and long-term collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and partnership activations.
Monitor event and partnership performance, manage budgets, and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on market trends and identify new opportunities for events, partnerships, and community initiatives that support business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management, partnerships, community marketing, or brand activation.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end events and building strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, when required for events or activations.
