Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments aligned with the school curriculum.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PGTK/PAUD), Education, Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.
Familiar with National and/or Cambridge Curriculum.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in kindergarten, national, or national-plus schools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patient, caring, creative, and passionate in teaching young children.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Computer literate and proficient in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Strong team player and able to work independently.
Professional Skills
Strong classroom and student behavior management skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.
Knowledge of curriculum planning, children assessment, and progress tracking.
Willing to learn and continuously develop professionally.
