Job Description:
Daily sampling from all agent telesales call.
Lead and conduct internal QA calibration, refreshment, or training to align evaluation standards across the quality parameter and SOP.
Build and maintain good relationships with customer to increase conversion and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational and telesales process.
Identify and report quality trend, process gap and improvement plan during QA monitoring
Maintain & update product knowledge base if needed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA or Trainer, preferably in telesales. Candidates with telemarketing or sales experience are also welcome.
Strong communication, analytical, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fintech, paylater, banking, or financial services is a plus.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (passive).
Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
