Your Role in this Journey:
Manage and negotiate commercial lease agreements, extensions, and terminations for company properties.
Support or oversee property development/renovation projects, including budgeting, contractor sourcing, and timeline management.
Establish, review, and manage outsourcing service contracts (e.g., security, cleaning, facility maintenance
Conduct comprehensive contract lifecycle. management to mitigate legal and financial risks.
Define, monitor, and evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for third-party vendors and shared service operations.
Implement lifecycle asset management (from procurement to disposal) and execute regular physical inventory audit.
Strong network or experience with Indonesian government agencies (Immigration, BKPM, Local Authorities.
Provide administrative support for partnership activities, including preparing agreements, coordinating communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining partnership records and databases.
Manage partnership documentation and reporting, including document filing, agreement renewals, collaboration tracking, progress monitoring, and preparing reports for management.
Support General Affairs operations by coordinating vendors, managing office supplies, inventory, asset administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Assist with administrative and compliance processes, including permits, licenses, audit preparation, official correspondence, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, including filing systems, databases, meeting minutes, trackers, and other administrative documents.
Who We’re Excited to Meet:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years (for Admin) and 4 year (for Leader) of experience in General Affairs, Facilities Management, Office Administration, or Property Management.
Strong knowledge of facility management, building maintenance, procurement, vendor & contract management, budgeting, Indonesian labor regulations, HSE, and expatriate administration.
Excellent leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent or Fluent in Korean (both written and spoken) to facilitate smooth communication and reporting with Korean management/headquarters.
