Job Description:
Monitoring employee absences and payroll
Understand payroll system is a must
Perform administrative processes related to HR (employee database input, document checking, document filing, and others)
Requirements:
Minimum have 2 years of experience handling payroll and payroll calculation
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
Preferably have experience in HRIS and Payroll Information System
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new things
Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Available to work under a 6-month temporary employment contract
Domiciled in Jakarta
