Uraian Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan pengelasan menggunakan proses SMAW & FCAW pada posisi 3G dan 4G.

  • Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik serta simbol pengelasan.

  • Menyiapkan material dan fitting sebelum proses pengelasan.

  • Memastikan hasil pengelasan sesuai standar kualitas perusahaan.

  • Melakukan grinding, gouging, dan repair welding sesuai kebutuhan.

  • Mengoperasikan dan merawat peralatan kerja dengan baik.

  • Menerapkan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).

  • Berkoordinasi dengan supervisor, QC, dan tim produksi untuk mendukung kelancaran pekerjaan.


Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Welder di bidang fabrikasi, konstruksi, manufaktur, atau heavy equipment.

  • Menguasai proses pengelasan SMAW dan FCAW.

  • Mampu melakukan pengelasan posisi 3G dan 4G.

  • Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan simbol pengelasan.

  • Memiliki kemampuan fitting, grinding, dan gouging.

  • Sertifikat Welder aktif menjadi nilai tambah.

  • Memahami penerapan K3 di lingkungan kerja.

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area kerja perusahaan.
