Role Description
The Senior Site Manager will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that safety, quality, and timelines are maintained. The role involves managing on-site personnel, supervising subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in construction management, project planning, and on-site supervision
Proficiency in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution
Expertise in health, safety, and compliance regulations within the construction industry
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Proficient in using construction management software and tools
Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage a diverse team
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience in managing high-end residential and commercial construction projects is preferred
Prior experience in international or cross-cultural projects is an advantage
