SURVEYOR / JURU UKUR

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK Bangunan.

  • Mampu membaca gambar konstruksi

  • Bisa menggunakan alat-alat pengukuran, Theodolit, Waterpass, Auto Level, Total Station

  • Menguasai dan dapat menggunakan komputer aplikasi Word dan Excel, Auto Cad

  • Pengalaman khususnya di proyek bangunan Gedung minimal 2 tahun sebagai “Surveyor”

  • Bersedia ditempatkan diluar kota jika diperlukan


Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Membuat perencanaan kegiatan pengukuran

  • Melakukan pekerjaan pengukuran :

  1. Penentuan as bangunan

  2. Penentuan koordinat as bangunan

  3. Penentuan elevasi acuan

  4. Memeriksa dan menentukan verticality element-elemet struktur bangunan

  5. Melakukan marking untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan finishing

  • Mencatat data survey dan Menyusun laporan pengukuran
