We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Import Staff to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end import processes in compliance with applicable regulations
Prepare, review, and manage import documents such as PIB, Invoice, Packing List, and related documents
Ensure accurate determination and usage of HS Code and import duties
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and related parties
Conduct vendor negotiations to obtain the best pricing and terms
Monitor multiple import processes to ensure timely delivery
Input and manage data using SAP, Erasoft, and Microsoft Excel
Coordinate cross-functionally to support smooth supply chain operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing, Importation, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Strong understanding of PIB procedures, HS Code, import duties, and export-import regulations
Proven negotiation skills and ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
Proficient in SAP, Erasoft, and Microsoft Excel
Active proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Responsible, detail-oriented, honest, communicative, proactive, and able to work across functions
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Location: Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
