Responsibility :
Be responsible for occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within the Mining Business License (IUP) area.
Prepare monthly and annual mining reports accurately and submit them to the relevant government authorities in a timely manner.
Ensure timely reporting of activities related to environmental management and port operations.
Respond promptly, decisively, and effectively to incidents related to occupational safety and environmental pollution.
Ensure mining production activities achieve the targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by management.
Manage work plans, operational budgets, and management KPIs to ensure effective, efficient, and timely execution.
Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, and sub-district leadership forums (Muspika).
Prepare mining progress reports and production performance reports.
Prepare detailed project materials and supporting information for project budget planning.
Develop monthly and weekly operational work schedules.
Plan workforce requirements (Manpower Planning).
Determine work plan priorities and workload allocation.
Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in the mining industry and a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
Experience in Mining Engineering is preferred.
Experience in limestone mining operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mining operations involving blasting activities.
Strong knowledge of crushing plant and stone crusher operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to use mining software such as Surpac, AutoCAD, Minescape Open Cut, SPRY/X-PAC, and Minex.
Possess a valid POM (Middle-Level Mining Operational Supervisor) certification.
Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve measurable business results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex mining operational challenges.
