Healthcare customer care representative

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Healthcare Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to healthcare members by assisting with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, provider information, and other healthcare services. You will play a vital role in delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience through phone, email, or chat support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and provider-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying appropriate solutions and following up as needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update member records.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay up to date with company policies, healthcare programs, and service procedures.

Qualifications

• College graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no BPO experience required).
• High school graduate With 6 months BPO experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Healthcare account experience is an advantage but not required.
