We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, solid financial knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units to drive performance and process improvements.

Reponsibitilies:

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

  • Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance monitoring across entities or business units

  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and inventory

  • Prepare financial reports in compliance with PSAK and applicable financial reporting standards

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights and drive business performance

  • Support ERP implementation or financial system improvement projects

  • Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, or related roles in mall or property industry, and working in a multi-entity or multi-business unit environment is preferred

  • Prior experience in audit (1–2 years) is required; experience in Big 4 firms is a plus

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory)

  • Good understanding of PSAK and financial reporting standards

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

  • Experience in ERP implementation or financial system projects is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage

  • Able to work under pressure, strong problem solving and detailed oriented
