  3. Melakukan kunjungan survey dan juga wawancaara nasabah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan kemampuan bayar nasabah.

  4. Melakukan evaluasi terhadap softcollateral dan pengumpulan dokumen nasabah

  5. Melakukan account maintenance setelah nasabah diakuisisi.
