We are really looking for Indonesian consultant which can drive and manage interaction with client independently
🧑💼Position : SAP FICO (Consultant)
📍Location: South Jakarta | Onsite
📝Requirements :
▪ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, Business Administration or related field, Master degree is a plus
• Experienced 8-10 years in SAP IT consulting as senior senior/associate level or higher
• Strong and relevant experience in SAP FICO/S/4HANA related to planning, implementation, upgrading and support
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills (written & spoken). Indonesian nationality is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies. Have experienced working with senior client leadership (VP, EVP level and above) are preferrable
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Strong technical proficiency in SAP system including SAP S/4HANA cloud/on-premise or other relevant platforms
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile or Hybrid
• Update with current with SAP technologies, trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement from SI
• SAP Certification(s) preferred.
📝Reponsibilities:
* System Configuration: Design, build, and configure SAP FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing) frameworks
* Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, map them to standard SAP processes, and prepare functional specifications
* Configure and test FI/CO Modules-GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost centre accounting, Internal Order and Profitability Analysis Define evaluation and implementation strategy for large ERP implementation plan
* Drive and supervise SI criteria evaluation and execution by third-party consultant and/or vendor. Ensure the activities and results proposed are met with the program objective
* Drive and evaluate vendor experts , tools and methodologies that will be provided by vendors
* Design, execute and internalize governance for SI Evaluation as part of implementation program
* Review and provide feedback of all System Integrator Qualification
* Being a part of a Program Management Office workstream during large transformation project as SI counterpart
* Develop and implement best practices, standards and procedures for SAP system administration and support
* Supervise SI activities, milestones and deliverables and play role as quality assurance
* Lead key meetings and cadence with client, vendor and other stakeholder to drive activities
* Along with above skills it will be good to have some PMO skills.
