Requirements as below:
Minimal Bachelor Mechanical Engineer or related subject
Speak fluently in English is a MUST
Basic understanding of refrigeration systems or willingness to learn technical details.
Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle (preferred).
Willing to undertake long-term business trips when required.
Can work under pressure, goal oriented.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote refrigeration machines
Identify and engage with potential customers, including industrial clients, distributors, and contractors.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Maintain relationship with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
