Job Description:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations team, driving a culture of high performance and strict accountability.
- Optimize Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by eliminating waste, improving production efficiency, and driving strategic vendor negotiations.
- Manage demand planning and inventory cycles to prevent stockouts while maintaining an optimal working capital balance.
- Streamline inbound/outbound logistics and distribution networks to ensure maximum agility and resilience.
- Enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with 3PLs and partners to achieve top-tier OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery.
- Establish operational KPIs and deliver regular insight-driven reports to the executive board for strategic scaling.
Qualification:
- Open to all majors (Minimum Bachelor's Degree).
- Proven experience in leading and managing operation teams with a strong focus on accountability.
- Proven track record in the FMCG or Personal Care/Cosmetics sector is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of high-volume, fast-moving SKU management across multi-channel distribution
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality and health standards
