Job Description: Sales Promodiser
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Arrange and replenish product displays to keep shelves organized and attractive.
- Monitor inventory and report low or out-of-stock items.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product presentation in the assigned area.
- Process customer inquiries and handle basic complaints professionally.
- Submit daily sales and inventory reports to supervisors.
- Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level (depending on employer requirements).
- Experience in sales, retail, or merchandising is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
