Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Melakukan pemasaran produk penghimpunan dana (tabungan dan deposito).

  2. Mencari dan menjalin hubungan dengan nasabah baru maupun nasabah eksisting.

  3. Melakukan pendekatan dan kunjungan rutin kepada nasabah potensial.

  4. Memberikan informasi produk, suku bunga, dan layanan BPR kepada nasabah.

  5. Mengelola portofolio dana nasabah agar stabil dan berkembang.

  6. Memastikan kelengkapan dan keabsahan dokumen pembukaan rekening.

  7. Menjaga retensi nasabah dan mencegah penarikan dana besar (withdrawal risk).

  8. Melakukan monitoring jatuh tempo deposito dan perpanjangan (roll over).

  9. Menyusun laporan pencapaian target funding secara berkala.

  10. Mematuhi SOP, ketentuan internal, serta regulasi OJK dan LPS.

  11. Menjaga kerahasiaan data dan informasi nasabah.

  12. Mendukung pencapaian target bisnis dan likuiditas BPR.
