About the role
Blue Dolphin PlaySkool is seeking an experienced Preschool and Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team in Yogyakarta.
What you'll be doing
Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students
Creating a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning
Collaborating with parents and guardians to support each child's individual growth and development
Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher in an early childhood education setting
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and age-appropriate teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social-emotional development
Certification in early childhood education or a teaching credential is preferred
