Uluwatu School is seeking a caring, experienced, and dedicated Shadow Teacher to support a student in the classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to a student during school hours
• Assist with learning engagement, emotional regulation, and classroom participation
• Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and parents to support student development
• Help foster independence, confidence, and positive social interaction
• Maintain observations and communicate progress where needed
• Build positive relationships with a learner and their family.
Requirements:
• Background in Education, Psychology, Special Needs Education, Child Development, or related field preferred
• Experience working with children (especially learning support/additional needs) is an advantage
• Patient, nurturing, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
• Good communication skills in English

• Available to work during school hours in the Uluwatu area
