About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and financial functions that support our operations in New Zealand and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and processing invoices for electric trucks, machinery and parts in New Zealand and international markets
Co-ordinate shipping & importation of goods from overseas
Managing accounts payable & receivable
Processing payroll
Maintaining banking & financial records and reporting
Liaising with customers & suppliers
General office administration and record management
Supporting management with operational and administrative tasks
Ensuring processes are followed and continuously improved
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in office management or accounts administration
Strong knowledge of invoicing, payroll, banking, and accounts management
Experience with customs & importation of goods
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to think independently and solve problems proactively
A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Confidence working with accounting software (currently MYOB) and Microsoft Office applications
The ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team
