Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
Develop clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.
Monitor application health, logs, and system performance, and implement improvements when necessary.
Continuously research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
Experience with back-end technologies such as Golang, Node.js, .NET, Java, PHP, Python, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
