A、 Job description and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market development, customer maintenance, and product sales within the jurisdiction and for clients;
2. Develop sales plans and achieve sales targets such as order volume, order amount, market share, and payment collection. Timely reimbursement of all expenses related to sales activities, without delay;
3. Responsible for promoting and advertising the company and its products, visiting customers regularly or irregularly, and showcasing a good company and personal image to customers. Collect and search for customer information, establish customer relationship files. Maintain good communication and liaison with client companies and related personnel. Master market dynamics and provide timely feedback to company leaders;
4. Conduct pre sales customer inquiries and responses, and independently or with the support of relevant personnel, answer technical and engineering questions. Complete the signing of relevant sales contracts and track contract performance such as procurement, production, and shipment;
5. Quickly respond to customer feedback or complaints about quality issues, promptly report to leadership, assist technical and after-sales service personnel in responding to or resolving related issues;
6. Receive visiting customers, demonstrate and explain, arrange related visits, etc. Make reservations for hotels, restaurants, travel, etc., and make arrangements for airport transfers or other transportation;
7. Write sales work reports monthly, quarterly, and annually, and if necessary, write separate reports for special projects. Develop improvement plans in a timely manner for unfinished sales content;
8. Comply with the company's rules and regulations, do not damage the company's reputation and image, do not use sales work for personal gain, and do not do anything that violates laws and ethics. We must truthfully report all kinds of problems that arise in our work and cannot lie.
9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company or temporarily replace others' work, obey the adjustment of the company's sales area and sales functions, and shall not refuse.
B、 Job requirements
1. Having a formal university diploma in sales, business, or engineering;
2. More than 3 years of sales experience in electrical products, familiar with PLN bidding rules, familiar with the procurement processes of various transformer companies, and those familiar with relevant personnel will be given priority for admission;
3. Have good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to develop new clients, and a good personal image;
4. Strong execution ability to ensure the completion of assigned tasks and various indicators;
5. Has strong ability to learn new knowledge and skills, proficient in operating office software such as Microsoft Office, and can proficiently master various ERP operations after training. Fluent in English communication, with priority given to those who can speak Chinese.;
6. Physically healthy, free from various infectious diseases and diseases that affect work, able to frequently travel to other places and long-distance business trips. Having strong willpower and the ability to resist pressure;
7. Having the ability of other sales personnel.
