Job Summary

The On-Call Food Service Attendant provides excellent food and beverage service to guests by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The role supports restaurant operations during weekends, peak business periods, and staff replacements while maintaining the hotel's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to hotel standards.
• Set up and clear dining tables before, during, and after service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of the dining area, equipment, and service stations.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for opening and closing procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the team during high-volume operations and special events.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or F&B Manager.

Qualifications

• College level or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Food service or restaurant experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Schedule

• On-Call Basis
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
