Full details about the role and requirements
Yukerja Summary
The Affiliates Marketing Manager Director role at BluZinc is curated from Himalayas (category Marketing & Penjualan). This role is marked as remote — check timezone and location requirements on the official listing. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.
You’ll own and scale a high-performing affiliate and partnerships channel inside a fast-growing, digital-first business.
You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, recruit, activate, and grow partners who can actually move the needle — creators, publishers, influencers, media buyers, and brands with aligned audiences.
If you’ve done this properly before, you’ll know:
It’s not about volume. It’s about quality partners that convert
It’s not about clicks. It’s about AOV, LTV, CAC, and profit
It’s not about “nice relationships.” It’s about commercial outcomes
Building and scaling a profitable affiliate + partnerships channel
Identifying and onboarding high-value partners (not just anyone with a list)
Structuring offers, payouts, and incentives that drive performance
Managing and optimising campaigns based on data, not guesswork
Working cross-functionally with marketing, media, and product teams
Turning partnerships into a predictable revenue engine
3–5+ years in affiliate / partnerships / BD within DTC, eCommerce or direct response
Experience in golf, supplements, health, fitness, or performance-driven consumer brands
You understand the customer — because you are the customer (or very close to it)
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth, not just activity
Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team and time zones
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
Creator / influencer partnerships that actually convert
Affiliate platforms + tracking tools
High-ticket offers, info products, subscriptions, or physical products
You’ve only worked in brand marketing or awareness campaigns
You rely on agencies to do the thinking
You can’t clearly explain how your partnerships drove revenue
You think like an owner, not an employee
You care about performance, numbers, and outcomes
You know how to spot a partner who can generate real revenue
You’ve got examples where you’ve scaled something that worked
Location: Remote (USA)
If you’re reading this and thinking:
"I’ve done this. Properly."
