Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all company tax reporting, including Corporate Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), and withholding taxes, ensuring timely and accurate submission
2. Prepare tax calculations and tax filing documents in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
3. Maintain tax records, perform tax reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation and filing of tax archives
4. Assist in tax audits, tax inspections, and tax dispute resolution processes
5. Monitor updates in tax regulations and provide compliance recommendations to the finance team
6. Support tax planning initiatives and tax risk assessments
7. Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and group-level tax policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tax or finance-related roles, experience in mining companies is preferred.
Possession of tax certifications (Brevet A/B/C)?professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax reporting systems (e-Faktur, e-SPT, Core Tax), familiarity with ERP / SAP financial systems is preferred
Fluent in English is mandatory as a working language (both written and spoken), Chinese language skills are an advantage
Capable of handling tax reporting deadlines and audit requirements
Demonstrate strong professional ethics and high awareness of tax compliance
Willing to be placed at Mega Kuningan, South of Jakarta
