Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan Min. S1 Hukum
IPK Min. 3.30 dari 4.00
Memiliki pengalaman kerja 5–7 tahun sebagai legal corporate
Memiliki sertifikat Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA), Certified Contract Drafter (CCD), dan/atau Certified Legal Auditor (CLA) akan sangat diutamakan
Bersedia Mengikuti Seleksi dan Penempatan di Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten (Proses Seleksi Hanya dilaksanakan Secara Offline).

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Memberikan pendapat hukum dan nasihat hukum terkait masalah operasional perusahaan;
Menyusun dan/atau meninjau berbagai kontrak perusahaan;
Melakukan audit/penilaian hukum terhadap seluruh aspek operasional perusahaan;
Melaksanakan kegiatan promosi kepatuhan;
Mengelola dan memproses persyaratan hukum terkait (seperti izin dan laporan perusahaan) Fungsi hukum umum lainnya.
