Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design development from concept, schematic, DD, until construction documentation.
Review and ensure design drawings are technically buildable, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.
Supervise architectural execution on site to ensure quality, detailing, material implementation, and finishing standards meet design intent.
Coordinate and lead closely with MEP, structure, interior, and other consultants to avoid clashes and improve constructability.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues proactively, and provide technical solutions during construction.
Manage design revisions, RFIs, material approvals, shop drawings, mock-ups, and consultant coordination.
Ensure project progress aligns with approved timeline, budget, and operational targets.
Support value engineering initiatives without compromising overall design quality and functionality.
Lead and mentor architectural team members, draftsmen, and external consultants.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including owners, operators, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Master Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Urban Design, or related field is preferred.
Minimum >5–7 years of experience in architectural design and project/site supervision.
Strong experience in hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, luxury residential, or high-end development projects.
Proven ability to handle both design management and on-site execution.
Strong understanding of construction methodology, detailing, materials, and coordination process.
Experienced in consultant coordination, shop drawing review, and construction troubleshooting.
Proficient in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
Strong knowledge of local building regulations and construction standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight project deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is preferred.
Willing to be placed in Bali
