Job Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Performance Management:
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy cost structure and operational efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate overall business unit performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Establish business objectives, KPIs, and performance measurement systems.
Operational Excellence & Organizational Development:
Review and optimize business processes, organizational structure, and operational workflows.
Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Lead organizational transformation initiatives to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
Build a high-performance culture aligned with company values and objectives.
Risk Management & Corporate Governance:
Evaluate operational, financial, and compliance risks across the organization.
Identify potential fraud risks and implement preventive controls and mitigation strategies.
Strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Conduct periodic business reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:
Develop new business opportunities, particularly in B2B markets.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships, channels, and business networks.
Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business expansion and long-term sustainability.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and mentor department heads and key management personnel.
Work closely with shareholders, board members, and family ownership representatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment toward company goals.
Represent the company in strategic meetings, partnerships, and external engagements.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Professional experience in senior leadership positions.
Proven experience leading business transformation, operational improvement, and organizational restructuring.
Experience in startup, growth-stage companies, technology, cybersecurity, professional services, or related industries is preferred.
Strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
