At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, operations, logistics, and printing is an advantage.
Preferably with background in courier, logistics, franchise management.
Primary Function
Oversee the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple stores within an assigned area. Ensure branches meet service standards, achieve sales targets, maintain operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with courier and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with the stores standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and customer-friendly stores.
- Conduct store visits, audits, and staff coaching/training.
- Support business development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor and courier partner relationships.
- Assist with finance-related activities, including credit, collections, and accounting support.
- Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
- Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, operations, logistics, or related industries.
- Experience in courier services, logistics, or franchise management is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and courier operations.
- Ability to interpret sales and financial reports for decision-making.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and multi-branch management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules, including weekends.
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Operations.
- Supervises Store Assistants within the assigned area.
