Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements across functions into clear functional specifications and system configurations.
Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose scalable, efficient solutions.
Configure and manage Oracle Fusion modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other relevant areas to support end-to-end business operations.
Ensure seamless integration across multiple modules and systems, maintaining accurate and consistent data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
Perform functional testing for system enhancements, new features, and integrations to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide user training and ongoing support to drive strong system adoption across teams.
Develop comprehensive functional documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guidelines.
Support EPM-related initiatives by aligning planning and reporting requirements with ERP data.
Monitor system performance and usage, proactively identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across ERP systems and business processes.
Requirements
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and financial data structures.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion across multiple modules
Proven experience in ERP configuration, implementation, and cross-module integration.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database structures for reporting and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize business processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
Experience with EPM tools
Experience with Accurate Online or other ERP systems beyond Oracle.
Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation or multi-module implementations.
