- Conduct product demonstrations, presentation, and user training sessions.
- Assist clients in understanding product features, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare product documentation, reports, and user guides when required.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on user feedback and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and teams.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
