We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Seller Support Blended Account team. As a Seller Support Representative, you will handle both voice and non-voice interactions, assisting sellers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional support to sellers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve account-related concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document interactions accurately and follow up on pending cases.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance seller experience.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with at least 3 months Customer-Facing Experience (CFE)
- Associate Graduate with at least 1 year Customer-Facing Experience (CFE)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
