Job Descriptions:
Conduct sales and marketing activities for KPP products through canvassing, open tables, booths, events, and other customer acquisition initiatives to increase prospect generation and credit applications.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, property agents, and other referral sources to improve customer acquisition and sales performance.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable financing solutions and KPP product recommendations based on customer requirements.
Manage the entire credit application pipeline, from prospecting, application submission, approval, to loan signing and disbursement, ensuring compliance with the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Monitor and follow up on every stage of the credit application process that is still in progress to accelerate completion and minimize backlogs.
Coordinate with internal units, developers, legal parties, operational teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the credit process.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales pipeline, and business performance to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, mortgage financing (KPR), or related financial products. Experience working with property developers is preferred.
Good understanding of KPP products, credit processes, and property financing.
Knowledge of customer acquisition processes and sales pipeline management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, property agents, and prospective customers.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a strong commitment to service quality and business achievement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel within the assigned work area and possess a valid Class A (SIM A) driver's license.
