Photographer - Villa Management & Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties within the Vacation Rentals (VR) and Real Estate (RE) divisions. This role involves creating visually appealing content for use in marketing campaigns and property listings. The Photographer also manages post-production tasks, such as photo stacking and video editing, to ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines. Additionally, the Photographer plays a key role in producing 360° virtual tours, keeping the company’s visual assets current and competitive with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography and Videography:

   1. Capture high-resolution images of newly acquired villas for the VR and RE divisions, ensuring each property is presented in its best light.

   2. Create engaging video reels that showcase the unique features of properties, suitable for marketing on social media and property listing platforms.

2. Post-Production:

   1. Perform photo stacking and other advanced post-production techniques to enhance image quality and ensure all photos meet the company’s brand guidelines.

   2. Ensure consistent color correction, lighting adjustments, and retouching to maintain a professional and appealing look.

3. File Management:

   1. Organize and upload all photos and videos to the company’s WorkDrive, ensuring all files are properly labeled and systematically stored for easy access by other teams.

   2. Maintain a well-structured digital asset library for future use in marketing and listings.

4. 360° Tours:

   1. Conduct and produce immersive 360° house and room tours, providing potential clients with a comprehensive view of the properties.

   2. Ensure that the virtual tours are visually appealing and user-friendly, enhancing the online property viewing experience.

5. Trend Monitoring:

   1. Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends on platforms such as Airbnb, ensuring that Betterplace remains competitive and innovative in visual content creation.

   2. Experiment with new techniques and tools to keep visual content fresh and appealing.
