•         Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Jurusan Tata Boga, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, atau bidang terkait

Keahlian yang Harus Dimiliki:

•         Ahli dalam meracik dan menciptakan berbagai jenis dessert premium (cake, pastry, entremet, dessert box, plated dessert, dll)

•         Mahir mengembangkan menu beverage specialty (coffee, tea, mocktail, signature drink, seasonal drink, dll)

•         Menguasai flavor pairing, food & beverage pairing, dan tren menu terkini

•         Mampu menciptakan menu yang unik, konsisten, dan marketable

•         Memahami costing, food cost, dan perhitungan harga jual

•         Dapat membuat resep standar operasional (SOP) dan training untuk tim

•         Menguasai teknik dasar hingga advanced pastry & barista

Karakter & Lainnya:

•         Kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki selera tinggi terhadap rasa & presentasi

•         Teliti, bersih, dan menjaga kualitas tinggi

•         Bersedia bekerja shift dan hands-on di dapur
