Job Description
Manage, organize, and maintain exploration drilling databases accurately and systematically.
Take responsibility for overall exploration activities, including site visit due diligence, survey mapping, and drilling operations.
Coordinate with project teams and technical teams, including the Solomon Field Team, to ensure effective planning and execution of work programs.
Prepare and manage periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) related to ongoing activities from the Technical Head Office (Jakarta), Exploration Team, and Project Team.
Develop and maintain dashboards to support data analysis and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including supervision of personnel under responsibility.
Demonstrate initiative in improving individual and team performance by proactively contributing toward achieving shared targets and objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in mining geology or mineral exploration.
Possess valid POP and Basic First Aid certifications.
Proven experience in using Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
Experience with Python programming is an advantage.
Familiarity with GIS based software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or equivalent.
