Job Description
PT XMASTER FITNESS INDONESIA, a leading company in the fitness equipment industry, is looking for a Videographer & Photographer Specialist who is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in bringing our brand to life through powerful, high-quality visuals.

You will be responsible for the entire video and photo production process — from planning and shooting to post-production and content distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct video and photo shoots, both indoors and outdoors, using professional equipment.

• Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.

• Manage post-production processes including color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics (if required), and finalizing videos.

• Capture aesthetically appealing photos for products, events, and marketing purposes that align with our brand identity.

• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.

• Create visual concepts (mood boards) and lighting setups before photo sessions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to produce content that meets target audience needs.

• Organize and archive all footage and files systematically.

• Monitor content performance, analyze audience feedback, and optimize production processes.

Qualifications:

• MUST be able to communicate in English at a basic level (Basic English required).

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in videography & photography, either in creative industries, agencies, or independent content production.

• Strong skills in lighting and color to create visually compelling content.

• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic language.

• Skilled in camera operation, framing, movement techniques, and creating effective storyboards.

• Proficient in video editing, color correction, audio synchronization, and relevant high-quality visual effects (VFX).

• Portfolio of both photo and video work is required for consideration.
