Responsibilities:
• Actively search and identify potential candidates from Social Media (Linkeding, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok) based on job requirements.
• Maintain, update, and organize candidate data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in screening CVs from job portals and online applications.
• Shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Provide support in administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Requirements:
• Fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and data management.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical skills.
• Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Previous internship or organizational experience is a plus.
• Available to commit for at least 6 months of internship.
