Job Summary
The Marketing Executive (Fashion) will be the dedicated marketing resource for our client's fashion concepts, responsible for planning and executing brand and campaign marketing initiatives. This role provides operational support to the client's core Singapore / International team. You will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to develop and deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, drive footfall, and support commercial performance.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across brand, digital, print, and in-store channels for Metro's fashion concepts.
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs, timelines, and post-campaign performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and media partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
2. Brand Marketing
- Support the development and consistent application of brand identity across all fashion marketing touchpoints.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with the fashion concept's positioning and target audience.
- Assist in developing seasonal and thematic campaign narratives in collaboration with the Singapore team.
3. Retail & In-Store Marketing
- Coordinate in-store visual merchandising and promotional materials in alignment with campaign calendars.
- Work closely with retail and buying teams to align marketing activity with product launches and key trading periods.
4. Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, media vendors, and production houses.
- Brief, review, and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables to ensure brand and campaign standards are met.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking (Key Performance Indicators)
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain accurate marketing calendars and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
1. Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience within fashion brands or fashion retail.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing holistic brand and campaign marketing (not purely digital or social).
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry, consumer trends, and seasonal retail cycles.
2. Core Competencies & Skills
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is strictly required for cross-border collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a distinct advantage.
- Creative Acumen: A sharp eye for aesthetics and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
3. Soft Skills
- Collaborative: Comfortable working seamlessly with a remote team based in Singapore.
- Detail-Oriented: Possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive: Highly capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
