Role and Responsibilities:
PR 70%
Build and maintain strong relationships with local medias, celebrities, and influencers to maximize publicity and positive media coverage and exposure.
To be responsible for the campaign brief to celebrities and influencer to ensure communication effectiveness.
Monitor all communication launching by medias and influencers and prepare post campaigns tracking.
Write press release and other communication message to promote brand campaigns.
Distribute press release to target media.
Coordinate with regional marketing and PR department for press release translation and monthly press clipping report.
Support team to arrange press event, launching event and other related initiatives.
Be responsible for all press samples and PR products.
Marketing Project 30%
Support marketing project for the relevant part including campaign briefs, content development, etc.
Coordinate with regional marketing and PR department for Facebook content
Coordinate with social media and production team for content development, shooting and scheduling.
Support Line Official for broadcast message and action plan for acquiring new LINE friends.
Support and coordinate with retail team for VIP customer loyalty program
Support and coordinate with mall partners to provide brand details and highlight product for promotion and review mall partners promotion content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, PR, marketing, or any related fields from recognized university.
2 – 3 years of experience in PR, marketing, advertising agency, media, or any related fields is a bonus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and outgoing
Good command of speaking, writing, and reading English
Good Ms office skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Positive attitude, good team player, fast learner, and flexibility
Work under pressure and dynamic environments
