Behavioral Healthcare Account Representative

We are looking for a compassionate, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Behavioral Healthcare Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to behavioral health services, coordinating care, verifying benefits, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist members and healthcare providers with behavioral health-related inquiries.
• Verify member eligibility, benefits, and coverage information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service.
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• College graduates are welcome to apply (No BPO experience required).
• College undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
