We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Supervisor – Graphic Designer (Packaging Design), responsible for developing packaging designs that align with brand identity and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop packaging concepts and visual designs in line with brand and business objectives.
Ensure artwork readiness for printing and production processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Production, and external vendors throughout packaging development projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design, printing companies, graphic design agencies, or FMCG industries.
Strong understanding of branding, packaging layout, mock-up development, and design adaptation across multiple SKUs.
Solid knowledge of prepress processes, including color management, color separation, and print-ready file preparation.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with printing technologies such as Offset, Flexography, Rotogravure, Digital, or UV Printing will be an advantage.
Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
