We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage our daily accounting operations. In this role, you will assist with the full set of accounts, tax preparation, and compliance-related matters. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Assistant Accountant and ensure all sales orders and invoicing are properly processed.

• Verify and reconcile revenue, sales, and cost figures for accuracy.

• Assist with bank payments and daily cash flow management.

• Maintain the full set of accounts, including AR and AP.

• Collaborate with the legal team to assist in NDA and contract reviews.

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (auditors, tax agents) on all accounting and compliance matters.

• Provide ad hoc support to the finance and accounting team as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance management.

• Solid knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.

• Experience in preparing bank payments, supporting regional entities, and handling compliance matters is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with wider teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Xero, and Chinese/English word processing.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
