Solid secretarial experience
Ability to accept challenges with proven analytical and problem-solving skill
Well-organized, detail-oriented, execute instructions
Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
Degree holder or above. Preferably with secretarial training and leasing experiences
Excellent communication skill
Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and word processing
Willing to work overtime.
