HR GENERALIST / HR STAFF

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized HR Staff / HR Generalist to join our expanding Property & Real Estate development firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our end-to-end human resources operations, managing worker categories across corporate offices, marketing galleries, and active project development sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of Indonesian labor law regulations and practical experience managing workforce dynamics unique to the property industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Property Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Executive end-to-end recruitment pipelines for property specific positions, including Property Consultants, Sales Executives, Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Tenant Relations, and Building Management staff. Conduct comprehensive onboarding and socialization sessions for new hires regarding company regulations and culture.
- Workforce Administration & Contracts : Manage and update comprehensive employee databases. Administer, draft, and track contract renewals for permanent employees, fixed-term contract workers (PKWT) commonly deployed at project sites, and outsourced building security/cleaning services.
- Time Attendance & Compensation Support : Oversee the monthly attendance reconciliation process. Manage complex, multi-shift rosters across corporate offices, site-based project engineering teams, and marketing gallery frontliners to ensure error-free data inputs for monthly payroll calculations.
- Regulatory Compliance & Employee Benefits : Manage the full registration, monthly mutation, and reporting workflows for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Stay updated on and ensure absolute compliance with active Indonesian labor regulations, including calculation guidelines for religious holiday allowances (THR) and regional minimum wage updates (UMR).
- Site Relations & Internal Coordination : Act as a primary HR liaison between the corporate headquarters and site-based project management offices. Facilitate internal coordination, clarify HR procedures, and assist in managing localized employee relations or conflict resolution at project locations.
- Performance Management Logistics: Coordinate the timely distribution, collection, and administrative compilation of periodic performance evaluation sheets, including the integration of balanced 360-degree feedback cycles for key technical personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of direct working experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, strictly required to be within the Property Development, Real Estate, or Construction industry.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting for payroll preparation) and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with specialized HRIS platforms is highly advantageous.
- Proven capability in administering, scoring, and providing initial interpretations for standard psychological evaluation instruments used during recruitment selection.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, handle sensitive corporate data with high integrity, and maintain a solution oriented approach when dealing with diverse employee demographics.
