Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Maintenance: Execute routine preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with service contracts.

Manage Quotations: Provide cost quotations and follow up with clients based on unit diagnostic reports.

Oversee Repairs: Execute effective system repairs, troubleshooting, and component replacements.

Process Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed service reports, quotations, and checklists for all completed on-site work.

Budget & Resource Management: Budget job costs, arrange manpower, and schedule on-site operations efficiently.

Execute Commissioning: Handle equipment testing, commissioning (T&C), and on-site operations after completion of works.

Provide Technical Support: Deliver immediate technical assistance and resolve customer inquiries regarding equipment operations.

Coordinate Operations: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to manage works progress and on-site execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Building Services, or related Engineering disciplines.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical exposure in the HVAC industry.

Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese and English; good command of written English and Chinese.

Technical Skill: Good technical knowledge and practical exposure in HVAC.

Core Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management, and exceptional organizational skills.

Independence: Capable of working independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Remarks

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer.
